Martial Arts. It was founded in Hong Kong by Grandmaster Lam Wun Sun.

Our sessions are open to Men, Women and Children of all ages and abilities.

All our Instructors are Enhanceed CRB checked and fully insured
No previous experience is required.
All you need to practise in, is loose clothing.
